Every bite of these mouth-watering and easy-to-make bars is bursting with healthy, sweet and juicy blueberries wrapped in perfectly crunchy and crumbly pastry I truly love blueberries, with their super-healthy antioxidants and nutrients content, packed in sweet and juicy little cute berries. So versatile in the kitchen: perfect to eat right out of the box, or in a salad, smoothie, muffins, cake, tart ... There is an infinite amount of choices, but this time (and for good reasons) I decided on these crumble bars. Take a look! These bars are sooo delicious, w ith a sweet, slightly tart and lemony flavor, mixed with  a shortbread-buttery taste.   Perfectly crumbly, with just the right amount of crunchiness, from the rolled oats mixed in the pastry. And the right amount of gooey-ness, from the blueberries exploding in the panggangan and releasing all their juiciness.  T hese blueberries bars brought a taste of summer right in my kitchen :) It seems too good...

Especially in a refreshing and creamy cheesecake form.  For the bottom, I wanted a chocolate crust. And because it's hard to find chocolate flavored graham crackers (and chocolate wafer cookies are way more expensive) I added some unsweetened cocoa powder to regular graham crackers, and it worked like magic. For a quick, easy and  mouthwatering summer treat try this fruity and buttery peach crumble bars There is nothing like a bite of a delicious fruit-filled dessert when peaches are in season. Especially when they are as juicy and tasty as this summer.  I simply love the natural sweetness of the ripe peaches squooshed between two layers of shortbread-buttery flavored crumble. With just the perfect amount of crunchiness coming from the rolled oats mixed in the dough, and gooey-ness from the bubbling juice released by the peaches while baking.   I posted a similar recipe before for  blueberry crumble bars . Just as tempting and as summery.  I'm now debating about what I love the most. The crumble bursting with blueberries and a hint of lemon flavor, or peaches with a touch of cinnamon... Man oh man, it's not an obvious choice. NOT easy at all. I guess we don't have to play favorites right now. It's summer after all. Both fruits are readily available and...
